Countdown to 7 billion: which number are you?

The UN estimates that world population will reach the 7 billion mark today. According to this website, this number will be reached in roughly 2 hours from this post. They are also hinting at unveiling something special on their website once that happens: http://www.worldometers.info/world-population/

There is of course a margin of error in these estimates and there is supposedly a 12 month window for this 7 billionth mark to occur.

Another website estimates which number you are among this population; http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-15391515. I was the 4,677,016,612th person alive when I was born

4,315,141,894th when I was born.

With the population growth and the dwindling resources... it's a scary thought as to what will happen in the next 50 years, if even that long.

Yes it is scary and that's the real story behind all these numbers. It's estimated that 1 billion people are hungry and malnourished. When that 7 billionth mark is reached and continues to grow, most of this population explosion is happening in the developing countries.

I wish there were a billion people in the world. 7 Billion is ridiculous.
