Anyone Know The Size of These Rivets on the Front Fender of a 1987-2007 Ninja 250?

My front fender has been loose after I’ve laid it down a couple times, as well as slamming the front here and there during wheelies. I got a hand riveting tool from harbor frieght and the 1/8 is a little loose and none of the other options it came with will fit. Cant find anything about this anywhere either. Anyone know what size these suckers are?
