Question Rear brake repair or replace

My rear brake has had issues for several years now. Normally every summer its pretty squishy but sorted out after I do a fresh replacement of fluid and bleed. I went through that process this year and within a couple months is back to nonexistent braking power again. Is there some maintenance I should be doing on the master cylinder or something I can check to see why its presumably leaking and letting air in?

I thought about just replacing it but cant find a 1 to 1 replacement unless I just get a used one on Ebay. There are some super cheap ones on amazon but have iffy reviews. Any advice for me?

Thanks!

If air is getting in I'd think you have fluid leaking out somewhere. If you look very closely you may be able to see where the problem is.
