Relocating or modifying the kickstand mount?
I just bought mine Wednesday night and it needs to serve double duty as a street and track bike (first track day is Monday!). I know those of you with dedicated track bikes cut off the sidestand mount completly but I can’t do that. Has anyone tried modifying the stand/mount or perhaps cut the mount off and moved it’s location inwards to resolve the ground clearance issue? |

AFAIK, nope. I have self cleared mine from grinding it down on the track..... I'm learning to put the bike more upright as much as possible though to avoid scraping.
