Exhaust port gasket on full system aftermarket

Hi.. have an ‘11 ninja 250R
Gonna install yoshimura trc full system
But having trouble at exhaust port gasket
I re-use the old one and its leaking
I know i should buy the new one
But i just realise that inner diameter at the yoshi pipe was shorter than stock pipe
And i’am wondering if i can install the yoshi pipe without any gasket?
Or it’s just designed to use without gasket?
Thanks
