Are there any cross-compatible parts between Ninjas? (and a couple other Q's)

I'm trying to get my bike back up and running after it being garaged for a few years after someone drove over it in a parking spot and bent the front brake disc and did damage to other parts. Finding new aftermarket parts made specifically for the 08-12 250R at this point in time isn't exactly easy. Half the old website links don't work anymore after so many places have gone out of business.

Are there any parts that are made for the other bikes in the Ninja/Ninjette family but will still work as direct bolt-ons for the 08-12 250R's? Or parts that work with minimal modification?

I have most of the parts I want to replace and/or customize, but I'm still looking for a new seat, some good frame sliders, and a rear hugger that will fit a 140 tire without rubbing. Maybe some lightweight wheels at a later date. And a new GPS theft tracker, currently looking at the SpyTec unit.

Opinions on rearsets would also be welcome as far as how they change the riding position and experience, and which sets are of good quality. The sets I've seen vary greatly in price so I'm assuming they vary greatly in quality as well.

Parts I've already bought include LED signals, integrated taillight and fender eliminator, grips, bar ends, adjustable levers, front brake disc and blue titanium bolts, the "race" rear seat eliminator (that I lost one of a while back), and an adjustable kickstand.
