Your bike isn't being fixed by his insurance? The damage doesn't even look all that bad!

Oh it's bad. I took it to a mechanic today and he said the cost just isn't worth it. You can't tell how much the front end isn't lined up with the rear in the pics but it's so off balance that it's pretty unstable even on the kickstand.

Yea that frame is bent bad, but i would have bought it from you if you were closer.
